Implications for how work is performed
Since the Millennium, human psychology and behavior have become the focus of the process as a way of ensuring human-centered solutions to nonlinear problems. This White Paper provides an overview of the methodology and principles used in DT, starting by describing the overall concept, then discussing its impact on organizations and employee experiences, followed by describing the employee-driven design process, applications of DT, and future implications of the construct. Examples are provided to demonstrate the impact and relevance of applying DT to organizational systems as companies continue to adapt to a rapidly changing workplace.
